AMARA
AMARA sits on a hillside in Cabo San Lucas, serving Baja cooking and cocktails with the Sea of Cortez on the horizon.
On the plate
Chef Andrés Bracamontes cooks from the peninsula's larder: the day's catch and a raw bar, steaks cooked over fire, and produce from nearby farms. Service covers breakfast, an unlimited Sunday brunch and dinner, so it works for a morning outing as well as an evening out.
At the bar
Head mixologist Grecko Zanatta builds cocktails around Baja botanicals and Mexican spirits. The wine list, chosen by sommelier Miguel Hernández, focuses on Baja and the Valle de Guadalupe.
Weddings and private events
Beyond the dining room, the outdoor grounds host weddings and private events. There is a chapel for up to 144 guests, an esplanade for up to 500, and terraces and gardens looking out to sea.
Find your way.
