On Thanksgiving evening, Manta at The Cape welcomes a one-night culinary collaboration between Chef Enrique Olvera's seaside restaurant and New York's acclaimed Cosme.

Alongside Manta's regular à la carte offerings, a special Cosme-exclusive menu brings holiday-inflected dishes to the table — a pairing that puts the signature coastal style of Manta in conversation with the culinary identity Cosme has built in New York.
The setting
The Cape opened in June 2015 on Monuments Beach, a stretch of white sand on the Cabo San Lucas coast renowned as a surfers' destination. Its 159 guestrooms look out largely unobstructed over the Sea of Cortez toward El Arco, the granite arch shaped by centuries of wind and sea. The hotel's design blends an upscale urban sensibility with a 1960s Baja-meets-Southern California character, and its food and beverage program includes Manta by Chef Enrique Olvera among several chef-driven destinations.
