Christmas Eve at The Ledge
For Nochebuena, the usual à la carte menu stays in place. A short list of dishes inspired by classic holiday tables is added to it. Cocktails use seasonal ingredients, and selected wine bottles come at special prices. Live music plays through the evening, with the Pacific as the backdrop.
The setting
The Cape sits on the white sand of Monuments Beach in Cabo San Lucas, a stretch known among surfers. Most rooms look out over the Sea of Cortez toward El Arco, the granite arch carved by wind and sea.
