From land to sea
The menu follows the peninsula's landscape. It opens with regional cheeses drizzled with Miraflores honey and breads that include sourdough and huitlacoche, then moves on to fresh oysters and clams. The evening builds to a live grill of fish, seafood and meats, served with rustic sides inspired by the region.
The mood
Live guitar and percussion keep the evening moving. The format encourages sharing at the table, and the night is meant to capture the social spirit of Palmilla Social Club.
